Smash the Glass with The Matriots celebrates the hard work by so many across Ohio in advancing women candidates and voters. We know the glass ceiling remains. Smash the Glass will prepare attendees for what women need in 2025 and 2026 to continue our collective movement towards equal representation in Ohio. This event benefits The Matriots Education Fund and money raised will be used to demystify the political arena, its systems, processes, and roles, so that women understand – and leverage – the power of their participation.
